Bisphenol A – an Update

Regulation 2024/3190 has now been in force for around a year and has kept us very busy over the past year. Shortly before Christmas, the EU Commission finally published the long-awaited guidance on the BPA ban regulation. In this webinar, we want to take another look at the background to the regulation and, above all, search for answers to many unanswered questions in this new guidance. In addition, Dr Grabitz and Dr Teufer from the law firm Krohn Legal in Hamburg have published a commentary and interpretation of the regulation, which has just been published in the Journal of Food Law. This publication also clarifies many questions and can serve as a basis for argumentation for customers, authorities and auditors. We will also look at key aspects of this legal commentary in this webinar.
